Orig Period WW2 German Army Tropical Pith Helmet + German U-Boat Officer Cap

Both in great condition especially for its age. Helmet has very faint white linty stuff in spots but all stuff that will clean off. White hat has some smudges on it but all stuff that should wash right off. Pith is marked size 58 as you can see. From research and thorough inspection of material, weathering of the metal parts, its all points that these are authentic original WWII era german pieces.

The Pith helmet certinaly seems period and original piece, but U boat hat is harder to tell but really seems to have period materials and metal, and weave that make it seem to be WW2 era.
