Rare Original Luftwaffe Double Decal German Helmet M40 Wwii Ww2 Model 40 Size 62

This is a RARE original WWII German Model 1940 Luftwaffe (Air Force) Helmet in excellent condition!! It has a very nice military (not reproduction) liner installed, and there is a Germanic name (presumably the soldier it was issued to) written on the leather of the liner. The rivets are original WWII German and correct for the model and era of the helmet, and all matching, they are maker coded D&C and dated 1941. It is a size 62.

This is a double decal Luftwaffe helmet (tri-color shield and eagle) and traces of the decals are visible. This helmet will make a fantastic addition to your collection.
