Rare Ww2 German Elite Forces Single Decal M40 Helmet Quist Q64

Rare WW2 German elite m40 helmet. Remains of the shield can still be seen on the side. Name was inside helmet, soldier probably scraped decal off and cut name off so he wouldn't be associated with the SS at the end of the war. Very nice helmet, has been discussed on the WAF. Marked Q64 (Quist) and DN29 on the skirt. If you collect helmets, you know what decal was on this side. Check Bryan Ice's book on helmet lot numbers. The lot this helmet is from WAS produced for the elite troops.
