Vintage German WWII WW2 World War Two Helmet Army Military M1940 M40

This is a vintage World War Two German military helmet. I believe it's a model M1940 (curled edges instead of flat and built in air holes instead of an add-in airhole piece). It's army green in color. There's no liner or strap, just the helmet.

As you can see, it has a lot of rust throughout - it's about 50/50 green paint vs rust on the outside, and mostly rust on the inside. The shell is pretty solid, no major dents or bends. I can't see any makers marks on it due to pitting.
