Vintage WWII WW2 Metal German Helmet, size 56 leather nice on inside

For sale is a what I believe to be a Vintage WWII WW2 Metal German Army Helmet, size 56 marked on the inside. The person I got this from said it was a German helmet, from research I do believe that to be the case. I did not see any dents on it, I think the inside leather looks nice for its age.

It is marked 56 which I believe is the size of helmet. Thanks to the help of a fellow Ebayer I was able to find some marks on the inside of the helmet. They are the numbers 5151, I have added 2 pictures of those numbers.
