WW2 GERMAN ARMY M40 HELMET WITH LINER SIZE 64

Here is a WW2 German army M40 helmet. The shell itself is in relatively good condition, though very little of the dark paint still remains. Shows nice even patina overall. There are two minor dings at the back top of helmet. A few small white specks at back top.

Marks inside the helmet seem to indicate size 64. Nice dark leather, original liner (has been replaced), with correct flat head aluminum brads that attach the leather to the metal band, with original adjustment string.
