WW2 German M40 Helmet (Restoration)

WW2 M40 No Decal German Helmet. The helmet appears to be in very good condition. I can see no evidence of decals. The Paint appears to be a greenish fieldgrau color with normal wear and scratches throughout the shell. This is possibly a repaint restoration helmet. The aluminum liner is dated 1943. The replacement Liner pins appear to be tight with the liner leather has light wear. There is Bale wire that may not be original with the helmet.
