WW2 M1942 German Helmet

This is an original M1942 German Army helmet that was stripped of the outside paint, possibly was painted over as a biker helmet and someone tried to save it. The liner is all there but stiff, the long end of the chinstrap is broken off, but the short end is still there. The paint on the inside is all there more or less.
