WW2 WWII German Helmet Single Decal

Item is in used vintage condition. I do not know if this helmet has been modified in any way, I have no idea? The helmet is marked on the interior. There are numerous scratches and scuffs. There is some blue paint on the helmet in places, not sure how or why it is there.

The paint is completely off the helmet and down to the metal on the reverse side of the decal There are some dings and minor dents. There is a tear in the leather liner.
