German helmet ww2 original

M-40 Helmet with Airforce eagle. This is a veteran bring back. The liner has seen better days. Additional pictures of the eagle are available upon request.

This helmet and the other I have listed were found in the attic of an abandoned house in Baltimore City. They are what I call rescues as the house was on fire when I found them. No fire, smoke or water damaged to the helmets. One was sitting inside of the other on the top of a joist.

The symbol has been edited in the photos. There is nothing political- strictly history.
