That currently has double decals that appear to me to be authentic, the helmet has been in my possession for at least 20 years and has not been changed or altered but no I dont have a letter from or documents from the original soldier as to why the colors decal is still showing but bet he wasnt parading around the battlefield or the powers to be who decided this decree to keep more heads from being blown off by snipers.
