German WW2 M-42 Helmet

Complete with chin strap that appears original to the helmet. Leather liner has all "Tongues" and draw string. Pig skin is still "pliable".

My HD Camera shows the original (Factory applied Apple Green Paint under the Texture). Faint batch number but can't make out makers mark. A Fellow eBayer opined that it was probably a clk66 or hpk66 who were noted for applying weak maker markings. This is an honest combat worn helmet with a lot of character.
