Original German WWII EX Whitewash Camp ND M42 Helmet with Liner WW2

Up for sale is a very nice combat used M42 No Decal helmet. This helmet is in a very honest condition with natural and consistent wear throughout. This helmet appears to have been covered with a Lime White Wash coating at one point, and with use now shows its original field grey / grau coat. White Washed helmet were used during the winter months of the war for added camouflage. The interior is in good condition with soft leather, one large tear, and three torn draw string holes.

There are also traces of the original chinstrap that either rotted away or broke during use. Lastly the helmet is appeared to be named on the inside brim in yellow markings.
