For sale here is a nice Post WW2 West German Fallshirmjager M1 Helmet. The helmet is complete with full liner, chin strap, and a very unusual cover. The helmet has a steel shell that shows age, use, wear, and paint loss, but is nice with no major dents or dings. The liner and chin strap show use, age, wear, and some minor stiffening.

The chin strap is functional. The inside of the helmet is dirty and needs a good cleaning. The helmet currently fits like a 60 or a size 7 1/2.

The leather liner appears to be named and has some hash marks. The cover is an odd style and pattern.

The edge of the cover has an elastic band that has lost some of its give. The cover appears to be a mix of Liebermuster and Splittermuster, or Splinter and woodland.

This is highly unusual, and i cant find anything else like it out there. At any rate, it is very cool.
