Ww2 German Helmet Chinstrap Late War

ORIGINAL WW2 GERMAN HELMET CHINSTRAP. Chinstrap would suit an M42 shell.

Strap was treated with a leather preservative when I first got it a few years ago as I felt it could crack. The leather is pliable but I would not recommend bending it sharply through 180 degrees.
