WW2 German M35 Helmet Large 66 sized shell

Original WW2 German M35 Helmet shell with damaged liner band and partial chinstrap. Shell has patina and rust all over but very solid. You can see part of the production number, the size stamp is difficult to make out. The exterior circumference measure is 68, making this a 66 shell.

The aluminum liner band has a 58 stamp in it for a size 58 liner. Excellent candidate for restoration or to leave as is. Guaranteed original WW2 era German Helmet.
