Original period painted WWII German M40 Q64 Medic red cross helmet. Bought from a Nebraska farm sale years ago.. See pictures - Note: it came without split pins, (see pics without) I added these repos for display and they match perfectly-(they can be removed easily) but they look good for display. You could also add a liner if you want. The Inside has surface rust. Pretty scarce to find a real medic helmet.
