WW2 German M40 Luftwaffe helmet complete original Quist

Beautiful all original WW2 M40 German Luftwaffe helmet. I have had this helmet for 40 years. Band veteran who said it was picked up in the Ruhr pocket. Manufactured by Quist in size 64 shell and 58 liner. Very heavy and very high quality as are all Quists. This is the original factory liner and has never been removed. Split pins are the tightest I have ever seen. No movement in the liner at all. Stamped Q64 on wearer's left and lot stamped T1072 on rear. Original chinstrap is RBNr stamped.

Cannot see a dome stamp due to some surface rust that can be seen in the pictures. Both the blue grey paint and decal are awesome. Please check out the pictures as they are part of the description.
