WW2 German M42 helmet with liner bands NS 64

Here is a decent and inexpensive M42 helmet stamped NS64 and D366 (I think). The paint is factory original and there is a name painted on the outside rear skirt which is unusual. I do not see any sings of a decal. The liner band is 43 dated and I think is Werner Zahn.
