WW2 two decal German helmet with name scratched inside

I have an original rare two decal Austrian Police Helmet and based on the fact that it has an early Austrian WW1 style 3 pad liner in it places this helmet from the late 30s. The right side shows a second pattern party decal. The left side shows a trace remains of a police eagle decal first pattern with no border.

I have attached a better quality photo of what this decal looks like compared to what is actually on the helmet. It has a roller buckle chin strap. Smooth green paint in and out. It also has a name scratched in the back that appears to be old and rusted upon close examination. It is the name HOBEA.

This helmet has been used and the wear and tear if typical of war time use. This helmet has never been retouched or cleaned. The leather on the chin strap is almost broken in one spot and the liner is not all there.
