It does not include a liner. It comes with camo netting. It has stamps has shown in photo 6, but I cannot make out anything other than a "4606" stamp. You will notice in the 7th photo, the helmet was damaged and repaired.

My late husband was an avid collector of WW1 & 2 Militaria and he marked this as being an M1942, ET66. I would also greatly appreciate it if any experts out there can tell me more about this.
